Your address is usually ready within one working day of signing up. Full company registration timelines depend on CAC processing, which we handle for you on the Business Starter plan.
Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your service continues until the end of your paid annual term.
When your paid annual term ends after cancellation, address support, mail forwarding and email notifications stop. Mail received before the end date will not be forwarded after service ends. Your workspace becomes read-only: you can view existing information, but you can’t use active features.
Yes. Your mail is logged and scanned on your request only. It isn't opened or read by anyone beyond what's needed to notify you it arrived.
